Insurance: Client will provide a Certificate of Insurance for duration of shoot/travel

Client responsible for any lost or damaged equipment, and/or deductible if claim filed

Travel days:                Full labor day rate, no equipment charge.

No half days for travel unless pre-negotiated by special agreement of both parties.

Client covers transportation, hotel and per diem ($65/day minimum per diem in U.S.)

Client also covers visas, carnets, and any immunizations needed. 

Invoices/Payment: All invoices are due net 15 unless arranged in advance by special dispensation 

Cancellation policy:    Cancellation 24 hours or less will be billed at full rate for both labor & gear

                                    Cancellation 48 hrs to 24 hrs will be billed at half rate for both labor & gear
